GBL Open Spaces Strategy

Working closely with Grange Big Local in North London, we developed the Open Spaces and Environment Strategy for the wider area. The study helped illustrate the lack of available green open and play spaces in this part of East Finchley.

GBL Open Spaces Strategy

The Strategy included an Action Plan, identifying a series of potential interventions to go along with the key strategies of GBL, focusing on Playful & Fun, Healthy & Active, Sociable & Cultural, Accessible & Safe and Environmentally Friendly Spaces. This was then used as the basis for the GBL business plan and as a tool to push the local authority to support and invest in local open spaces.
