Space + Place Design are delighted to be appointed by JJ Rhatigan to provide landscape design services (BIM Level 2) for Phase 1 of the new residential development in the centre of Maidenhead.

The phase 1 of this development will deliver 429 all-electric homes, aiming for BREEAM Very Good, featuring a series of podiums and terraces for private use and a new public garden square. Working with Collado Collins Architects, we are currently developing the RIBA Stage 4 information to discharge planning conditions.
